"Refund came back quick"
I returned one item and got my refund back faster than I thought. Was easy too, no big issue.

"Got help right when I needed it"
I had a minor issue with my order, so I reached out to support and they replied quicker than I expected. They got it sorted without making it a whole thing, which I really appreciated. Always nice when you’re dealing with actual people who respond

"Showed up faster than expected"
My order got here sooner than I figured it would. The tracking was easy to follow the whole way, too, which was nice. Everything went smoothly, no issues at all.

"Decent overall, but a bit pricey"
I had an okay experience overall. The prices aren’t terrible, and there are a few decent deals here and there, but in general it still felt a little more expensive than I expected. Not bad, just not the best value either

"Comfy, easy, just... really good"
I got my Cloudies last week and I’ve basically been wearing them around the house every day since. They’re soft, but not in that floppy, too-loose kind of way, if that makes sense. The fit was true to size for me, pretty much spot on. I usually end up with sore feet from slippers after a while, but these have been comfy so far, so... yeah, really happy with them. Super easy to slip on too. 5 stars from me

"Ordering was fine, but I got a little confused"
The ordering process was okay, but I felt kind of embarrassed because I got a bit confused during checkout and it took me longer than I expected. I eventually got through it, but it wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be.

"Looks good, but not the most durable"
At first, I thought it looked really nice and the quality seemed decent. After a few weeks though, it started showing wear faster than I expected. Compared to what I’ve seen other people get in this price range, I’d say it’s average. Not terrible, just not something that really stands out for lasting long
